BKV PLAN RELOCATION TO LENOX TOWERS ADVISED BY CRESAPARTNERS
BKV and Response Mine Interactive, will move in June 2009 to 25,935 square foot office in Buckhead.
ATLANTA—Jan. 26, 2009—CresaPartners, the largest pure tenant representation firm in North America, represented Bennett Kuhn Varner, Inc. (BKV) in the lease of 25,935 square feet in the Lenox Towers building, at 3390 Peachtree Street, Atlanta, Georgia, 30326. BKV, and its sister company, Response Mine Interactive, will occupy space on the 8th, 9th and 10th floors of Lenox Towers in June, relocating from its offices of ten years at 2964 Peachtree Road. Bob Misdom, Vice President, and Tom Tindall, Principal, of CresaPartners, represented BKV in the transaction.
